The seal disappeared after Gunner accepted her fate. I wasn't surprised that acceptance accompanied death, but I just realized that she had that as part of her action.

And Gunner may have been onto something when she had that idea with players and statues. So if we place Lycan in front of the wolf statue, a snake in front of the dragon, and an eagle player in front of the eagle . . . I'm not sure who to put with the bear, though.

And yes, jd. Golgari has also stated that he's not a snake. So I'm not sure about that.

You get down on your hands and knees in front of the door. Touching your forehead to the ground your body begins to turn to stone and the four statues leave their previous placements to form a circle around your body. As you finish your transformation the symbol for belief begins to shine and then disappears from the door. You will be unable to vote this phase.

I believe bardothren is definitely not a snake or an eagle.
So that leaves him as third party, or a wolf. . .gdi, ullion wasn't fucking with us.

and the lack of hostility from the wolf statue makes me think lycan is a wolf.
Also, Golgari, I dare you to interact with the wolf statue.

You go to attack Nimsy with the hammer and chisel, but find that the dragon statue now blocks your path.

You embrace the dragon statue after it went to protect you, causing the two of you to fuse together. your body now emits a light blue glow.

You shove the chisel into the note and it rips straight through. Its almost like you were trying to shove something sharp through paper. amazing. nothing happens.

So maybe when all four are fused, the door will open?

For the bear, I guess it would have to be a third party.
