I vote for Pokemon Emerald: Road to a Star, because I've always thought about Wally, and I think the idea of him being the protagnist is an awesome concept.

3. You must have an actual reason 'why' you want the hack to win. Don't just say: "Cuz itz awsum!"

EDIT: I'll vote for Azure Horizons because of a very simple yet intriguing storyline and the screenies look good too.

Azure Horizons because it has made great comeback from before, with new scripts and maps. Also a wonderful CSS presentation for his thread. :)

I've just gotta vote for GlobalEarth. It has the best concept ever. Also, the thread is well presented.
 
I vote...Global Earth! I know that it won't be anything near what the real world will look like (no offense) but I think that a lot of effort has been put into it and it'll probably be a decent hack!

My Vote: Pokemon Breakdown!

Reason(s): Nice new tiles(although the palettes are shy of perfect), Story is great(Remember it from the first thread), And many other features.
 
I vote pokemon Distant because of it's well constructed maps and it's cool Storyline ^^!
