I use "indeed" an awful lot as a generic response when I can't think of anything else to say. It's a bad habit I picked up from watching too much Stargate.

I'm also more likely to say bollocks, bugger, or bloody hell than the usual f-word in real life...unless I'm particularly frustrated.

I also sometimes lapse into weeb speak, sorta with desu and aru depending on how cutesy I feel like acting. Mostly this purely in realtime chat convos though, like skype or IRC.

However my overarching trait will be to pick up mannerisms like the ones described from anyone I take a friendly liking to. I tend to adapt mannerisms quite flexibly, so theres always some quirk I pick up that only applies to that group.
