4th Gen How did you catch Giratina?

I caught it with a luxury ball one small yellow health MAJOR LUCKINESS
 
jammy. I caught it without any pokeballs left.

Literally, caught it in my last poke ball
 
Thunder fang Thunder fang (paralyzed) and then i used brine i think then it got to red health and used 3 ultra balls and then the 4 captured it
 
I caught it first try with dusk ball on red health, i was really lucky cause he only had like 1 HP left
 
In Diamond I caught it by paralyzing it, and taking it down to about 1HP. Then used a Dusk Ball.

In Platinum, I got lazy and used a Masterball.

I caught it in my game platinum. But then there was this glitch and it turned into a Staraptor. -_- I was like NOOOOOOOOO!!!
 
I caught it with my master ball because I couldn't be bothered for an epic battle, but i had like 100 master balls from cloning in Emerald.
 
I used a couple of quick balls when I encountered it, after that I used Thunder Wave on it and weakened it until it was on red health/orange health.
I continuously throw ultra balls at it until I caught it.
 
On Platinum I tried for ages with Quick Balls, Great Balls, Ultra Balls, and Poke Balls. Eventually got tired and used a Master ball. I've got plenty more coming from my Emerald version xD
 
luckily, i threw one single pokeball at the encounter and catches it.. not hard really
 
I got a shiny one and freaked out when all i had was three ultra balls and a pokeball.....I caught it with the Pokeball and it is my pride and joy ^_^
 
POKEBALL!!!!! :) I prefer using the original
 
Master ball because I forgot to stock up on Ultra balls. xDD
 
I used my master ball on giritina
