how do you reply to VM's?

    right, first of all, i don't know where I should've put it, so i just put it here.

    How do you reply to a VM?
    do you:
    go to their page
    go to the converstation with them
    or something else?

    yes, i think this is a bit weird but..i don't know. So.

    I just go to their page, I rarely go to the converstation with them.

    If I know the person who sent it, I will go to the conversation page and reply. If I don't, I will generally go and check their profile before replying.
     
    If I'm just replying after I got a notification, I'll just view it and go to their profile. If its a day old or so convo, I'll view the convo.
     
    View the conversation nearly all the time. Sometimes I forget what we've been talking about or just see if i've talked to them before.
     
    I always view the conversation since I'm forgetful and need to remember what I'm talking about half the time.
     
    I almost always go to view conversation. I don't know why, I've just gotten use to doing it that way. Sometimes I'll go to their profile, if I want to see what they are doing.
     
    On the rare occassion that I get a VM and actually can come up with an idea what to write in a reply, I will go on their profile (no idea why, maybe I only noticed the view conversation when I already was used to this day or whatever)
     
    I go to the conversation page. I can't for the life of me remember what we were discussing even if it was just a few minutes ago. It's also to see if this person sent me a VM ages ago and I forgot to reply.
     
    When someone I don't know or rarely know leaves me a VM, I always check their profiles to see who they are...then I click "VIEW CONVERSATION" so I can reply back. On friends and other people that I frequently talk, I go straight to their convo.
     
    Unfortunately, I'm horrible are answering people. >> That said, it might take me days to respond. When I do, I go to the conversation page. Probably cause I'd always forget what they say, and going back and forth is a hastle.
     
    I go to the conversation because it's most convenient. I can't really imagine why you'd go to the profile unless you were initiating a conversation. If you're replying, the conversation link is right there and you can read the original message as you type a response (which I need to do because my memory is horrible :D) so... that's what I do!
     
    I usually just view the conversation, unless the person who sent me the message is someone I've never talked to before.
     
    I go to the conversation, because tend to forget what we were even talking about. It's more convenient. I'll go to a person's profile only if I'm initiating a conversation, or if I misclick. P:
     
    Well, I usually go to the conversation page, re-read the previous message, and then reply.

    If it's someone I've never met before, I'll say "What's Up?" or some stupid crap like that. I need to work on my greetings.
     
    I usually click "View Conversation"... personally I think it's more convenient for me to reply that way.
     
    I'm too lazy to use the conversation page. :p

    Instead, I just post on their profile. Much easier.
