How fast can you type?!

    If I can say one thing about PC it's that it really helped me type super-fast, this sentence only took like 15 seconds at most.

    But no, I can't type without looking at the keyboard. I don't really find a purpose to do that kinda thing though, so IDK.

    What about you?
     
    I can type somewhere really fast and medium speed without looking at my keyboard and making mistakes. (didn't keep track of the time I typed this sentence, so I'm estimating around 10 seconds)
     
    I can type at super speeds. Although, I do make errors or get distracted that throw of that time. But in my opinion, you can type as fast as you want but it doesn't guarrantee that your post or any message of that matter will be constructive, amazing or a genuine GOOD QUALITY, re-read piece of text.
     
    I type pretty fast, but I make a buttload of mistakes. Mostlhy because I recently got a laptop, and the keys are more....flat I guess.
     
    I type pretty fast and usually only watch the keyboard. Even with just looking at the keys, I can see and edit most mistakes I make while typing. However, I always read over things before I post, just in case.
     
    Reasonably quickly. I've taken some of those online typing speed tests and I think I got between 70 and 80 wpm.

    I can type without looking at the keyboard also, which is a perk.
     
    50-ish words per minute last I took a test. I'm actually not that fast of a typer, despite the fact that I've been on computers my whole life, I still have a bad habit of watching the keyboard as I type even though I know where all the keys are. XD
     
    I can type pretty fast I guess.. though strangely enough, when someone is watching me type, I can't type all that fast. It's weird. XDD; If I type too fast, I end up making a typo. So unless it's on an instant messaging program, I type slow. o/
     
    'Bout 60WPM, apparently 'below average'. I don't try to speed myself up about it, I'm comfortable as is.
     
    Actually I can't type really fast! Don't need to, nor I ever tried to improve my speed! I'm perfectly fine with the way I type! Not to mention that while I type I have just enough time to correct or change my mind about what I was planning on typing!
     
    wow i must suck then a couple of test and i do 14 to 21 WPM with errors
     
    I have been typing for years, so it's pretty normal for me or any person to type fast already. I usually want to think what I want to type, so that doesn't make my typing any faster.

    For example, this sentence was written in 5 seconds.
     
    I type pretty quickly at 87 words-per-minute. Only on a keyboard, though. My typing is ridiculously slow when I have to tap out the text on my phone, which is what I'm doing now.
     
    I average about 90+ WPM.
    I usually go on a website called TypeRacer where I race with people online.
    My highest is 124 WPM.

    Strange, the test I just took said that apparently 36WPM is the average. I'm not sure what they are basing these statistics on anyway.

    Anyway, apparently my typing speed is 76WPM, according to the test I just took. But that's just the result of spending too much time on the computer, so not really anything to be proud of.
