Anime/Manga I need a season 2!

    What are some anime you hope will get a reboot or get a season two?

    Let's see... continuations I want:

    I'm really hoping that eventually, Skip Beat's anime will get a continuation since there's a dub now, but that is extremely unlikely.

    Ouran High School Host Club season 2 is definitely something I know a lot of people have wanted since Fruits Basket got rebooted.

    A second season of The Royal Tutor would be really nice... I was hoping it'd happen because of the movie, but nothing yet.

    A second season of Revue Starlight would also be great & it follows the plot of the game this time. I know there's a movie coming out eventually, so I have hope.

    I also want Hoshiai no Sora to get the conclusion it deserves due to it being cancelled during production, but. =/

    Really hoping for another season of One Punch Man at some point, too, as well as Kekkai Sensen and the Ancient Magnus Bride.

    Reboots:

    More shoujo are being rebooted, so I'd like a reboot of the Full Moon wo Sagashite anime. But, it's probably never, ever gonna happen.

    I want a Fushigi Yugi modern reboot that adapts every series in the franchise. I will continue to want this until Fushigi Yugi Byakko Senki comes to its end.

    A Gakuen Alice reboot is still a dream of mine at this moment.

    A complete redo of Deadman Wonderland would be awesome. The anime was disgustingly bad. Really, really bad. A complete redo of the anime that follows the manga is definitely needed someday, but I know it's never happening.

    A reboot of Groove Adventure Rave would be pretty fun, maybe.

    Soul Eater getting a brotherhood style reboot would be nice to see, since it's done by the same studio as FMA, but I feel this won't happen until the anime hits its 20th anniversary or something. We're still a long way's off from that.

    A Pandora Hearts reboot is another reboot I want more than anything, but I don't know if it's happening.

    That's all that comes to mind, though, for me.
     
    I would love to see continuations for Hoshiai no Sora, No Game No Life, Aoi Hana, Hourou Musuko and Houseki no Kuni. All of them are really good but their stories were all left incomplete. In the cases of NGNL through to Houseki no Kuni this is slightly less of a problem because whilst the anime adaptions stop before the stories completion the source materials exist. Hoshiai no Sora is even sadder though because it's an amazing original show without any source material to go back to and enjoy and... yeah. God damn it.
     
    Where's my Magi season 3? 😢
    Season 2 of Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid was announced and then KyoAni fire happened, so... who knows if it will ever come out.
    Noragami season 3, there's more than enough manga material for another season now.

    A proper adaptation of the original Tokyo Ghoul would be nice, instead of the rushed, shallow root a that we've received.

    Damn, I haven't heard the name Wandering Son in such a long time that I had to actually google that. Personally, I'd like to see that series get another season, but I'm feeling like that anime would work better in live action. Maybe one of these days, one of these two things will happen. The 20th anniversary of the manga isn't too far away.

    Oh, damn, Noragami... I still really want another season of that. I know the manga finally came back from hiatus...
     
    Princess Tutu. Season 3 I guess, but GODDAMNIT give Ahiru a happy ending with Fakir too ;-;

    I really wish they'd finish adapting Nisekoi, too. That had its moments, and the cast was oddly endearing.

    Rozen Maiden is another one that needs another season to finish up the story...even if the manga had the WORST ending possible.

    I...really want a Fate/Apocrypha prequel, too. I loved that series.

    If it means more Akiko Shikata EDs and they actually finish the goddamn story, sign me up for this one too. I was just starting to get into it when it just...ended.
     
    There are some series I forgot about in my op, so I'm gonna share some more...

    I want another season of Owari no Seraph at some point. Where the anime left off, there was a lot more interesting stuff that happened afterward.

    Another season of Idolmaster Side M & Re:Stage would be nice, but not likely...

    I also had a thought: I'd love to see Wedding Peach & Zatch Bell rebooted one day. If Bleach can come back, maybe Zatch Bell can somehow, too. But, Wedding Peach probably isn't possible, I don't think that one was popular.
     
    houseki no kuni desperately needs a season 2, or maybe it has and i'm just not updated?
    no game no life also needs it, but i'm not getting my hopes up for that one.
    rave master getting a reboot would be GREAT, it needs more love. pls. more. love.

    ergo proxy could do with one too :')
    if ingress gets a season 2 that'd be great but i'm hella doubting that.

    It's already happening. It's coming out in 2021.
     
    I want a new season of Control Z. I know it's confirmed, but it probably won't get done until things get back to normal.
     
    Season 3 for Haruhi, of course. The series is already forgotten though and KyoAni was burnt.
