Are you a party person or are you like me and generally like to avoid such events? If so, how often do you spend your weekends partying it up?

I'm not too sure if I'm a party person or not, as I feel that could be a trait that I could discover sometime in the distant future.. but for now, I do not "party it up", simply because I don't go out in public enough to be that social of a person.

I don't have many events to go to, so I've got none to avoid. I'd like to go, see what it's like, probably enjoy it a little.

I love parties. I usually get to see my friends and while I'm not the social butterfly (nowhere near that tbh) but I still love going. We usually have a really good time and things fly by so quickly. I wouldn't miss a party for the world. That is of course who it's run by. Adult parties with my parents and their friends aren't half bad since I sometimes to get to talk to other kids but overall they're a really fun event to go to. Unless it's a tea party in which then I just wouldn't even try going. I hate tea first of all. :p

I find them fun, especially if there's something interesting, but I usually don't stay for long because parties tire me out pretty quickly.

I'm never the kind who likes parties given my anti-socialism caused by having autism. That's why most of my own birthday parties are not crazy or wild or anything plus I barely know anyone irl. I did go to parties to meet up with old school friends, but didn't stay long due to the music being too loud.

I avoid such things. I'm so nerdy tbh. But I like general hang-outs and friendly talks, it's just that more than eight people just unsettles me.

I party it up whenever I want! Sure, I don't throw parties but I still have fun and laugh and eat food, which is life but... well, nah, parties are over-rated. Too much random people bumping into each other, sweating needlessly and then touching all of the food. Yuck! xD

I'm not the party person at all and I never frequent those type of events. Perhaps once in a while I will attend a small gathering or event, but it is not often that I do.

I barely go to parties at all, i'd like to stay home and do stuff there, im not a party guy at all, cause first of all i cant dance xD

I avoid events such as parties.
I'm not having fun anyway, no matter how good the foods are.
I most likely stay with my netbook and watch animes. Better
than going somewhere and staying quite.

I'm not a party person, but I don't think I'm not a party person either. I don't go out of my way to go to parties, but I'll go to one if I was invited. I haven't been to one in quite some time. They're always thrown when I'm at work and I can't really afford to miss work for a party.

Yeah I enjoy a good party when invited to one, although since leaving school there haven't been all that many social occasions where I've had the opportunity to goto one.

This may sound simple, but it depends on my mood. I only go to parties if I feel like going. So if I'm invited to like 10 parties, I usually only go to 6 or 7 of them.

I like to hit up parties whenever possible, Even though I don't talk to people, people love to talk to me. It helps me socialize, and study people before and after they're completely wasted.

I don't really do parties.. I don't like the whole drinking thing. =/ Maybe small stuff with few friends sometimes.

I don't like being around crowds of people. If I am at a party, I'm that person who lurks away from everyone else and doesn't speak.

Heck, even family reunions aren't all that great. Although it is amusing to see/hear my uncle pretending to hate everyone. {:
