Honestly, the most casual things people who hardly know each other can talk about are weather and food. If we ban those from our casual thread... Then all the topics remaining are those that might as well get their own threads anyways! Instead of having weather and food interwoven with bursts of other random topics here.

what happened was that the mall was created and immediately after the novelty wore off, sunk into a great recession no bailout could have ever rescued it from
