yeah I'm tired of always being tired. I don't dislike my job, but sitting in an office 9-5 with a long commute on top of that is so freaking draining. Maybe I need a vacation.
coffee is idk ;-; had some last week and it made me so jittery I couldn't tell if I was hyper or if it made my anxiety 5x stronger lol.
I use to be a big caffeine junkie, drinking several energy drinks a day and popping caffeine tablets. I rarely drink those anymore though, and I only use the tablets in the morning if I feel dead tired.
And tea is good, I'm drinking some ginseng peach green tea right now. :D
