Last One to Post Wins! v4

There have been some great Star Wars games out there even for people who aren't fans of the series. It mostly comes down to shooting enemies, shooting robots, or chopping them up with laser swords, so just your typical fantasy games. :p

Personally, enemies and robots are the same thing.

I have some Yuuzhan Vong in me- I admit it.

Spoiler:

I just fire off an Ice Beam when I want a cool light beam though

I feel like I miss out on a lot of pop culture things because I've never really liked Star Wars. I've watched all of the, like, 7(?) movies? I don't remember much from them. I just don't really care honestly ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Regarding the REAL Star Wars, there are the three movies in the original trilogy (Episode IV, V and VI), the three in the prequel trilogy (Episode I, II and III), the Star Wars Holiday Special (Aye, there was a Star Wars Holiday Special- it's as bad as it sounds, even George Lucas wants all copies of it destroyed), and the Clone Wars animated movie. There are also a few shows, including the kids show Ewoks, a series of shorts for The Clone Wars, and the later The Clone Wars series which was after the Clone Wars animated movie which had six seasons and then a shorter collection called 'The Lost Missions'. Pretty much everything else you see, especially anything nowadays, is just Disney rubbish that needs to be keelhauled, burned, and any remnants melted in acid.

To put how bad the Disney rubbish is, take a 1/1000th of a second from the Star Wars Holiday Special- that is still WAY better than all of the Disney rubbish added together and multiplied by the highest number you can think of...tripled.

I also admit to having strong beliefs when it comes to Star Wars.

Moving out until the topic changes !!

I've watched the original trilogy and the prequels. Never really felt the need to watch the sequels.

Other than that I've played both KOTOR games and liked them alright. There was also another game that I can't quite remember what it was called. I do remember that in the first mission you're in a ship and you're supposed to destroy all these big vehicles from the empire. It was on an ice planet, I believe.

I once saw a trailer for a Stargate game, but I don't recall that ever making it to a release :sadwick:

H yeah, I know how the new movies aren't very great. Like, I did say I don't care much about Star Wars, but even I know how bad of a line "Somehow, Palpatine returned" is.

The last movie which I had watched was Conjuring: Anabelle and Anabelle Comes Home. And I guess I watched them along with the cousins when I went to my grandfather's home, and the movies were coming on TV, hence we were prepared in advance regarding the scheduling so that we can watch them. The time was 10PM, and only me, my cousin and grandfather-grandmother were at home, as our parents went to attend some marriage.

Due to which we were able to watch both movies on consecutive Sundays without any restriction or fear of our parents !! And grandfather told us to keep the volume less so that he won't get disturbed while sleeping, and also asked us to use dim lighting in the room.

I used to watch and play a lot of Zombie stuff, but eventually all the movies and games just started to feel like 'more of the same' to me.
Haven't seen a zombie movie or played a zombie game in a long time lol

I have a soft spot for zombie stuff. It's usually a really fun hypothetical so I actually love zombie media.

If you like zombie movies, try Fido. It's a completely hilarious horror/comedy film poking fun at Lassie-like boy and Dog stories. It takes place in a sort of american 1950's-esque time period after what the movie calls 'The Zombie Wars'. A scientist had discovered a way, via this collar, to repress the zombies' urge to devour flesh, and now they're put to work as servants (pretty much slaves, actually). In one scene they had the boy Timmy who befriends the zombie worker called Fido (played by Billy Connolly) watching the telly and they had an advertisement that included the line:

HELP! GRANDMA'S FALLEN AND SHE'S GETTING BACK UP!!!

Another major movie was The Fog (the original, not the remake).

I feel like I remember this same thread having this same discussion about zombie movies or something... I don't have a lot to add, I've never really been into horror it's just never been my idea of a good time.

I've never really gotten into Star Wars (though I did see Force Awakens and Rogue One when they were in theaters cause my parents are fans) but I at least now know that the room is filling with poison gas and more hover cannons will be coming!

I don't watch movies as such, but I like the sound and lighting effects in horror movies, and it feels quite interesting from that point of view !! Zombies never appealed me, and somehow they vaguely remind me of bad piggies in Angry Birds. Zombies look weird and grimy-slimy, which gives a boring reputation to me.

Although I enjoy cartoon movies, such as in the case of Pokemon, Doraemon and Shinchan, and many of them are aired on TV on Sundays, and I still watch them despite that I had watched them many times since my schooldays !!

Zombies are fairly common outside of zombie specific games too.
Like Skyrim had the Draugr & Oblivion had enemies that were actually just called zombies.
Not to mention countless ARPG's that have them.
