Last One to Post Wins! v4

I've lived in england for 3 years and it does rain a fair amount, but not really hard, mostly grey weather and light rain if I remember correctly

I'd love to visit the UK and especially London, it seems like a very beautiful city with all kinds of iconic landmarks like Big Ben.

Speaking of Big Ben...

(Doctor Who, anyone...?)

I've watched all of the reboot, but not the original one. It's kinda hard to access here.

The reboot is a very fun series, though I feel like it was at it's best when David Tennant and Matt Smith played the Doctor.

My favorite Classic doctors are Eight, Seven, and Three. My favorite Modern doctors are Thirteen, Nine, and Fourteen.

The best places to start with Classic Who are 'Spearhead from Space' starring the Third Doctor, which is the first color episode, and 'Pyramids of Mars' starring the Fourth Doctor.

The best place to start with Modern Who is to watch the short 'The Night of the Doctor' on Youtube, and then watch the pilot episode 'Rose' starring the Ninth Doctor.

The only Dr. character I know (that isn't Mario lol) is Dr. House. Never watched any of the Who stuff, but from what I've heard about it from some of the people I watch vids from, it doesn't sound like something I'd be into. And the people I listened to who were talking about it were fans lol, so it was mostly the just ' the good stuff' about the series that I was hearing as well, it's just not for me.

I'm the same way, it just doesn't seem like my type of series.

I'm waiting for the next boxset for the new doctor. Last episode I saw was with Jodie Whittaker still playing the Doctor in The Legend of the Sea Devils =3
And apparently I missed some specials after that... I'll be rectifying that soon :fufu:

'Spearehead From Space' was actually my first Doctor Who story! My favourite of the old doctors is the 4th (played by Tom Baker) and for the new ones the 12th (played by Peter Capaldi- He's Scottish!!!) and the War Doctor (played by John Hurt). The old Doctor Who stories are the best to me, despite the special effects not being as good as they are nowadays. With the 4th Doctor it's best to start with his first story, 'Robot'. The 6th Doctor (played by Colin Baker) is probably my least favourite, and I think he's generally the least liked of the doctors. The 13th Doctor (played by Jodie Whittaker) was great, but a lot of the writing and choices made with the story were either not very good or downright stupid. For example...

Spoiler: Spoiler For Events In The 13th Doctor's Era

I'm glad they got Russell T. Davies back for the 14th Doctor stories and onwards- I haven't seen the 60th anniversary specials yet, but from the trailers they look major.

Meanwhile I am bit back here again, because all the admission procedure, hostel allotment, etc had been done mostly.

Need to look for the time when I can visit the forum for the full length like I am used to do !!
