Mermaid Melody Fan Club

I could write "English" versions of the Italian songs, if you wanted (I have most of the Japanese ones done)
 
I could also donate songs from American cartoons (we don't have to stop at just what's in the anime...)
 
Here is another thing I though of from 4 years ago. My own mermaid character, Allie. She's not a mermaid princess, but she is an oranger mermaid of the Indian Ocean. She is a servant of Sara and later, a good friend of Seria. She was not born like any other mermaids; she was created by the spirit of Aqua Regina from a orange crystal in August 1998. She is a friendly mermaid, and loving, but tends to be serious. She is able to walk on land, however and helps Seria out of situations.
 
I came up with a fan mermaid myself--her pearl was red, and she ruled the Gulf of Mexico--she eventually evolved into an RP character and underwent a facelift.
 
How about the kids of the existing mermaids need to create a Rainbow Pearl?
 
That sounds good! But...what for? We need some evil-villain-plan-thingy that doesn't suck.
 
The Rainbow Pearl countracting dark energy that wants to silence music everywhere, maybe?
 
That's true...

so would the heroines be the existing mermaids, their kids, or new mermaids, period?
 
I'd say new mermaids. We could just pretend the old ones never existed. XD If they were their kids...I wonder...did they hatch out of eggs?
 
Well, whales give live birth, so mermaids could be like that...
 
Wow, I was literally twenty minutes off from having to make a new thread. XD

I think there may be some mermen around methinks; they just haven't been shown in the anime. Kaito may be one of them, perhaps.

Unless all mermaids procreate with humans. O_o

EDIT: Make that twelve hours and twenty minutes. =D
 
Just because we do not see mermen does not mean they do not exist
 
Okay, I have another thought. What if the mermaid princesses didn't use songs as attack powers. What if they used magical powers like Sailor moon and Tokyo mew mew?
 
Or better, what if the songs actually were the power for magical attacks?
