moes > chipotle

I've always wanted to try Chipotle, but my boyfriend keeps saying it sucks. Which is why I haven't tried it. He got me into Taco Cabana which is alright, not the best mexican food but it does beat your craving for it.

Am I the only one who actually prefers Moes over Chipotle? I really dislike the spicy taste, their rice, and their chicken. Moes is far superior in my opinion.

I just feel like Chipotle is super limited in their options, and to me that's unappealing.

Their food is good.
I'll go there if my gf wants it or when I get a craving for it (has happened twice in my life).

But other than that, no thanks.

Nope, never had Chipotle but I've been given Moe's. The latter certainly does have good tacos (better than Taco Bell, Alex ;)), but I wouldn't quite call them the best.

If anything, I'd say local restaurants (at least down here) beat the chains.

We've got neither in BG.

I'm not a fan of fast food, anyway. That shit's nasty.
EDIT: Sure, there are some exceptions, but I'd much rather make my own healthy food instead, knowing that the shit ton of calories I'm consuming are the good kind.

We have Moe's, Chipotle, and Qdoba here. I think of the three, I like Moe's more during the summer and Qdoba during the winter. Both have more options than Chipotle when it comes to what you can put on your meal while Chipotle feels so much more limited. Qdoba has tortilla soup too, and that's always nice to have in the winter. Chipotle's good too, and I like going there, but I like Moe's and Chipotle more. (Actually planning a Chipotle trip for the end of the month after my first week of classes. xDD)

I love Chipotle. Most of the time I get the burrito, usually with barbacoa or chicken for my meat, sometimes steak. I'll often go red salsa, sour cream, cheese, black beans and sometimes guac...even though I know it costs extra. B)

At Moe's, I just eat a beef burrito with nothing else on it, and most of the time the workers there charge me for a smaller wrap and don't upcharge for the extra beef. Add a small drink and I have no complaints 8)
