Besides, ALL Pokémon have the same chance of being shiny in VPP, we don't rely on IVs, for us it all depends on a roll of the dice ;)

100 million calories / 821 = 121802.7 cups of (fluid) heavy whipping cream.
121802.7 * 238 = 28989043 grams of (fluid) heavy whipping cream. See also: 28.989 metric tons or 31.955 US tons per missile.

Searched for the price of heavy whipping cream. First result: 32 ounces for $4.58. Time for more math.

28989043 grams * (0.035274 ounces / 1 gram) * (4.58 dollars / 32 ounce) = $146353.80 per missile (or €134645.50). Considers that quite cheap, given the $75 million to $118 million approximate cost of missiles for the United States.

Clearly misclassified this Pokemon. Ought to call it the Dough Pokemon for all the cash you could make from it.
