Allows you to request a legendary now, yes. Needs 1 Bug, 1 Steel, and 1 Normal type to summon Genesect, however.

Guides Arceus over to Muk, who is enjoying a nice toxic sludge bath. Inserts the Toxic Plate so that Arceus can "join" in too without the ill effects of wallowing in sludge. (Sticks a hoof near the purple goop. Kinda counts.)

OH! I forgot about this. My intention was to evolve it to a Mienshao. Not sure if that changes anything. :/
