Depends on what the food is. I don't like to waste precious food that other people can't even afford, so I don't think it's right just to leave it. Unless it's like a chip. If it's a cookie.. I pick it back up without a second thought and blow and eat it. :3

Although I do know the floor is disgusting.. I don't care. My cookie. 8D

I would probably pick it up and throw it away, then again, it depends on how many seconds it was on the floor.

For me, it depends on where I am, I would only eat it after it falls on the floor if i'm in the kitchen or living room, but I'd never do that outside, or in the basement.
 
I believe and follow the 5 second rule. If it extends that, it goes to the trash.
 
Five second... what? Lol.

I like floor food and will eat it anyway unless it were covered in hair or something. :)

lol. but if food falls at all, Yeah I dont eat it, I may feed it to my zoo (dogs) though, possibly my bird so its not an entire waste, well actually it depends on the time and such, I may eat it, not sure...
 
5-second rule. Unless the floor is reeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally dirty. then, i call on my dog to take care of it lol :)
 
Hmmm. I dropped a gingerbread cookie on the floor a few months ago, and followed the "five second rule" because it was so good.

Other than that, when I drop something, it falls into a really dirty spot or something, so I throw it out. >; I hate it when I drop my ice cream the most, though. It's pretty much heartbreaking.
 
It depends. If food falls in the school cafeteria or outside, I won't eat it. The only exception is if it falls into very white snow.

But if it falls on a carpet in my house or somewhere clean, I'll eat it. I won't eat anything off of a hardwood floor, especially in another person's house, or if it falls in a three inch radius of a garbage can or shoes. XDD.

If I'm by myself and I drop something on the floor, I'll usually just pick it up and eat it anyways, unless the floor's like, filthy, and there's something visible on it..like a hair, or some dust or..something ._.

If there are other people around me, then hell no I won't. Then whatever it is would just get thrown in the trash <_<
 
I watch my dogs eat it. No matter what it is that falls, I can never get it back because my two dogs are always there to catch it. And since my family's always had dogs, there was never any time when we could rescue food.

Out in public though... xD My dad believes in the five-second rule. Everyone else in the family just throws the food out if it falls on the floor.

Jeremy, you should have made the poll multi. I wanted to vote "Jeremy is kawaii" but couldn't. D:
