We're expecting a storm here ;_;

^ is your work cancelled due to snow??

That doesn't usually happen here, but I work in grocery so we usually always have to try and make it, unless there's a full on snow storm and then they might let us leave before it gets too bad. ;;;

No I know how to do it, but i'm just lazy :P
That makes me sad, I've always like seeing your different CSS themes. lol

Yeah I used to be full on CSS but lately less and less things are enjoyable /depression

Aaaah, I get that general feeling. That can mess up motivation and also focus even if you are a little motivated. D: I hope things pick up for you. ;;

It is because I work as a night time janitor for an elementary school in the next district over from where I went to school at.

Oh man! You probably get some nice days off when it comes to snow then, and also holidays if you work for a school? O:

Sorta but not really. I work for a cleaning company that was hired by the school district. Whenever there is a snow day I have to call in and see if I still have to show up. And I still have to work even when kids are on break. Sucks ass!

Aaah, a separate company. I understand that. My store has a cleaning crew that work for a different company too, they're just contracted with our store.

SORRY YOUR BREAKS AREN'T GREAT, THOUGH. ;;

Actually, teaching is a tempting thing for me to get into, for breaks reasons, but also because kids are entertaining to me. Though, I'd wanted to teach a language, and that would be something for older kids. Unless I teach English in another country.

I have a friend who is an elementary school teacher. She loves kids but not all to thrilled with her job because it is so hard to be a teacher and get little to no help what so ever. In my elementary school I'm working at they are teaching kids as young as 1st grade Chinese.

Yeaaah, I've heard that. I know someone who teaches English to young kids in Japan, someone who teaches in China, and both of them get really stressed out from all the work they have to take care of on their own. x-x

When I first saw that they teach Chinese I thought holy crap but then the more I thought about it the more it kinda made sense. I thought maybe they do it because it might be easier for kids to understand the symbols they use. But then I also thought how hard it would be because who are they going to practice with? I mean I'm pretty sure most parents know nothing about Chinese so it's not like they can help their kids practice.

I would not be able to teach, I'd lose patience lol
