Igglybuff. I know Azurill would lead to a more useful Pokemon, but I just...don't like Azumarill. And Togekiss is just odd.

Probably Ditto in this instance. I'm very fond of Shedinja, but it's weak to too much, and Wobbuffet requires too much prediction.
