Double abilities...wow. That would be a bit overkill if you ask me. Bronzong with no weaknesses would be pretty broken if you ask me.

I think double abilities would completely unbalanced the metagame. There's the Ability Capsule which allows you to switch between two abilities, but having both active at the same time wouldn't work well.

Good thing it's weak to Dark and Ghost now :P

But yeah, there are plenty of Pokémon that would not be something you'd want to mess with if they had both their abilities. Hidden Abilities changed things enough as they stand.

Oops I forgot :P

Think of all those Pokémon with Sturdy and Rock Head. A Rock-type with head smash could take a hit from anything and then return the favor with a STAB Head Smash and not be finished by it.

This is why if Pokémon were to have double abilities, it'd likely be better if they were put on weaker ones (statistically, I mean), haha.

Ever since hearing about how insane the Bronzong in PMD were, I can definitely say I'm happy that we don't have both abilities active at once in the main games. It'd be insanely broken when you combine two powerful abilities at once.

That is indeed true. Good thing PMD: Gates to Infinity made it so they could only have one ability... If there were two, it can definitely be said that things would get quite unbalanced. But I wouldn't be able to picture a normal ability and a hidden ability together. Two normal ones maybe, but not the HA.

Since we've had a Mystery Dungeon for the 3DS, I'd love to see a Pokemon Ranger for the 3DS. Even though it wasn't as popular as MD, it would be great to see an updated version with the newer Pokemon and what not.

I thought Pokémon Ranger was alright. I played the first one a couple times, the second I only played through once but it was still fun, and the third one I never finished. I do like the designs of the protagonists from them, though, but I remember that Entei from the first games giving me a massive headache first time. )x It was tense but I managed to beat it.

Entei? I haven't really heard too many people complain about him in particular for the first Pokemon Ranger, aside from that his fight was part of a boss rush. I know most people - me included, absolutely dreaded the fight against Steelix. I'll always regard Steelix the true final boss for Pokemon Ranger, haha.

I really liked Shadows of Almia though. Did a fantastic job of streamlining the game and worked out most of kinks. I love the fact that they got rid of "needs [x] amount of loops" for a capture; in the first Ranger, some of the boss fights took a lot longer than necessary because of this mechanic since most of the time you were looking for the optimal openings to start looping.

I never really bothered with any of the Pokemon Ranger games. I suppose, spinning circles around Pokemon in order to catch them isn't really something that picks my interest. All I did was watching some videos on the games, though.

Oh, and the evil teams in those games seem to be even more incompetent than those in the main series. {XD}

I think, the only Pokemon spinoff game, I might be interested in is Pokemon Conquest, although I don't know anything about it, except that it is supposed to be a strategy game. Unfortunately we never got it in our country...

A few years ago I used to absolutely love the Ranger series, at one point much more then the main series! I found the concept of catching Pokémon in the games really really interesting, and don't even get me started on the story. I loved Shadows Of Almia. I have so much memories with that game. I remember the bosses and stuff (Drapion >.>) and especially Cresselia which like took ages for me to catch because I was a total noob.

I also remember doing the special downloadable events where you had to calm down Palkia and Dialga. Dialga's was really hard. At least for me... I hate time limits! Palkia's was cool and stuff, the doors went to different places and when you fought it, it teleported and stuff ^-^

I never played Pokémon Conquest, actually! I just heard about it and watched a few videos about it. I don't really like those types of games to be honest, although the story does actually seem kinda interesting. x3

I enjoyed the Ranger games - the second two more than the first one, which made capturing a bit of a chore at times. They were fun little spinoff titles though, with a bit more of an emphasis on story than the mothership titles, which was nice. The third game is also responsible for this, which is easily one of the best tracks to ever come out of a Pokemon title <3

It'd be nice if we had a proper PMD game on the 3DS...I was extremely disappointed by Gates to Infinity. Mostly because prior PMD titles allowed you to capture and recruit almost every single currently announced Pokemon to your team...it was the biggest draw of the games to me. Gates to Infinity had a painfully small selection by contrast. I'd like to see something similar to Red/Blue Rescue Team hit the 3DS...I liked the Friend Areas; I was sad when the sequels took those out. xD

Speaking of spinoffs and en masse recruitment...Pokemon Rumble, anyone? I found the 3DS version quite addicting; I packed away nearly 70 hours on it.

Rumble looks interesting, never got around to it though. PMD is in my opinion the best spin off game. It's the pokemon game I enjoyed most out of all of them I think.

I have a lot on my PMD: Explorers of Sky, as it is i've obtained Guildmaster Rank and have a lot of Pokémon and items. One advantage that the Rescue Team games had over the Explorers games was infinite storage, which is sadly something the latter don't. There were some dungeons in the Explorers games I enjoyed going through quite a bit, while others I didn't.

I was playing and watching a video and just threw 3 three ultra balls at a trainer. You guys did stupid things in game lately?

I can't think of any recently, but I remember once when I was playing Black back in 2012 I was battling a Hiker and the sound was off, and I didn't see the Poké Ball symbol. My Serperior got it to 1 HP because of Sturdy, so I threw an Ultra Ball at it and it said, "The trainer blocked the ball!" And I was like, "What the..." then I turned the volume up. Herp-a-derp.

I always end up saving more than once, it's like I can't remember if I've just saved so end up saving again just to be sure. 8)
