I'm not sure of the locations myself, but according to some users in the discord server, you can get the johto ticket, by going to an island east of pummel island inside a restaurant. As for hoenn I couldn't find an exact answer, but apparently you need to finish certain bonus chapters. Keep in mind this game, has only a small part of each region

Can anyone tell me that how many Bonus Chapters and Chapters are present in the Vol. 1 ( Beta 15 + Final Expansion ) after the Orange Archipelago?

I haven't played this in a while, but when green mentioned Haplin Island was in the orange archipelago, I didn't remember it from the last time I played it... Anyone know where it is? B/c I cannot find it...

I'm not sure about porygon-z probably an evolution item, but I'm pretty sure you can't actually get a voltorb gun

Lunos pls update the avalaibe pokemon locations because the expansion pass has many new routes and you have to change the wild encounters of the wildlife park

So I just downloaded Beta 15 and patched it on a Fire Red 1.0 ROM, but the game crashes right after the name selection screen, what am I doing wrong?

You get the Johto ticket from Kai on Tarocco Island after seeing him chase Karen around the island a few times. But it is a very tiny area that you get to explore.
If we can discuss here, I'm curious what legendary pokemon are available? I feel like I randomly stumble into them and want a more complete list of locations or identities.

I believe that hardware related devices don't work well with the newer version of Adventure Red. I tried using my revo K101 Plus and it freaked out when playing it. I doubt there's going to be a fix. Maybe stick with an emulator?

Yes, what you described is exactly what happens with my game. Also tried it on 1.0 as well as Squirrels ROM and no luck.
No thanks, I don't like emulation. I play these Pokemon hacks on my GBA when I have a free chance; don't really feel like playing it on a PC because I usually only play games at the end of the day when I'm relaxing on my bed/sofa.
