In Vermilion's underwater zone there's 2 legendaries, Kyogre and Registeel.
Here's how you get Kyogre and Here's how you get the 3 Regis/Golems.

3.Oh? So we need Wailord, Relicanth and Dive to get them? Cool i'm gonna tell him

Also what's with the post Cytrus island's lady freeze game? Also Ash in the Poke Centrum?

Now on topic, I've been following this hack for a long time. I don't remember last Beta I've played, neither the first one but it was sure a long time ago. This is a ROMHack I usually recommend to other people. I can't really wait for Beta 12 to be available.

As long as the move works correctly, it's a minor bug and just so you know, it won't be fixed because the development for the Beta 11E ended long ago.
Right now, Beta 12 is where the gold is at.

In the long road it'll be obviously longer, but for starters, Beta 12 will only include the Kanto Region Arc.
