Are you talking about the 6 Corpses in the Pokémon Tower? If so, yeah, they're catchable during the Abandoned Gym Side Chapter.

That side chapter can be played on the Beta 13, but yeah, you WILL need to restart the game if you move to the Beta 14 Part 1.

I'm sorry, but I do not understand what you tried to said here very well.
After Cinnabar Island you have to go back to Oak's Lab in Pallet Town, then, go to the West of Route 5.

ON:

On a minor note, Aethestode mentioned that the Dream Orb had a placeholder description. What it will actually do is allow you to see certain fictional scenes if you have it with you when you decide to take a nap at Red's room, a hotel and such places.
