Preferred Pronouns

I'm biologically female, and go by she/her pronouns despite my appearance (and heck even the way I talk) suggesting otherwise. I can't stand the "it" pronouns though so don't refer to me as that.

In real life I don't look like a guy so I never experienced the wrong pronoun. I like being called Dude tho. Or Dudette haha. I don't know, it's like "friendly but I don't really care" attitude XD Maybe because I don't really identify as a "girly girl", but I am not a tomboy either. I mean, I like some girly girl stuff, like I wish I'll know who to do makeup and stylish clothes, and hair, but I can't. I really like spending time with guy and nt-too-girly girls so that can explain it. I mean, I don't see "Dude" as a pronoun! It's only an expression. (Like if I say "hey guys", I d consider the girls too!)

On the Internet, many people refer me as he/him and I don't mind. At all. I might say "btw I am a girl" but only for.. information, you know? I know we don't see each other's face and I know I might sound "boy-ish" sometime (if we do refer to the gender stereotype).
I don't really like "they", because well.. I am only one! I am a she, who don't mind to be called a "he". And I won't really care if you say "they" because some person might be more comfortable with this than with using the wrong pronoun.

So... yah that's it.

I am sorry to all who I did mispronounce.

Usually she/her, the standard female pronouns. I kind of like to genderbend on the forums from time to time though since I'm still kind of investigating if people treat me differently if I have my gender set to male. As such, I'm not bothered if somebody refers to me with male pronouns here at these times (:

Personally I do, and always will, prefer She/Her/Hers and other feminine pronouns and forms of address. Usage of Singular They/Their/Theirs is acceptable as a neutral substitute, but I don't ask anyone to address me that way, but it is however correct.

Usage of Male pronouns is discouraged. I am female in gender. ♥

Alternately there are also other more "fanciful" pronouns that exist; I don't believe in them. Spivak pronouns such as Ze are acceptable as is Xe and can be used interchangeably as if they were Singular They; however I don't personally support the use of the Spivak variants.

While I probably won't call you out for anything but calling me "He", knowing my pronouns goes a decent way. Sometimes even I slip on pronouns though; so I won't kill anyone for getting mine wrong occasionally...especially if I don't know them or they don't know me.

He/him or she/her. I don't have a preference, exactly.

I've not really given it much thought; 'he' or 'him, I guess? Being male and identifying myself as a male, i've never really considered being referred to as anything else.

And to be fair, I've been called far worse :P

I'm male, so I have a preference for male pronouns. I've been referred to as female a few times by mistake (I used to have really long hair that I took really good care of) and I didn't mind it.

I go by she/her. Referring me as a they is definitely fine by me if you're not aware. Also, I've met some people online that just tend to call everyone a he automatically. I don't find it a very big deal, knowing that they don't do it on purpose I suppose.

Although, I do tend to get kind of triggered when someone I've known for at least a little while already calls me a he. I can see through if it's not on purpose, but if it is on purpose we'll have a problem.

I identify as male, so male pronouns are my preferred ones.

I don't understand why people have to use They though and I find it rather confusing to me. Because to me They is more than one person and you can only be one person.
There's not a lot of good gender-neutral pronouns for people to use if they truly identify as gender-neutral and want to be treated as such. Using "it" is dehumanizing, and there aren't other options that are common knowledge (like the Spivak pronouns Melody mentioned, which periodically get mocked by people not used to seeing them). This is why there is such a big push to make the singular "they" common knowledge, to move away from "they" being only a plural pronoun.

While I go by she/her, I have been referred to with male pronouns in the past.
And when I was younger, I would correct people right after the mistake, but now, I don't really care. I have better things to worry about than someone on the other side of a computer screen guessing wrong.

As for my guesses, for online games, I tend to refer to people's genders based of their characters, or just default to saying the username or just a small description of the character if I've forgotten (All the time when I try to tell a LOZ: Triforce Heroes story on Miiverse.)

In person, I prefer he, but on the internet, I don't care. I'm fine with "it" to, if not used in a insulting way.

I'm fine with "it" as, according to my avatar/signauire, I am a lucario, and pokemon always seem to be called "it"
