Shiny pokemon you're tired of seeing

I guess this applies to the newer gens, but I won't stop you if you're a full odds gen 2-5 shiny hunter. My shinies I'm tired of encountering are wingull and foongus in gen 6. Ok, I know these are horde encounters. Zubat is a close 1, but I'm waiting to encounter a 5th or 6th green bat to evolve them into shiny crobats. As for single encounters, I'd have to check. The contenders are electrode, zigzagoon, zangoose, sableye, inkay, sneasel, delibird, and pawniard. These are guesses though.

Green or similar-looking-color shinies.

For me it isn't really a color preference. It's more like I already got the evolutionary line of this species and encounter it again after I already evolved to all its possible stages. I still have to catch it or it'll be considered as an intentional shiny fail in my book.

Too many green shinies, I agree. They should've went with more of a variety when choosing the colors for a shiny, an even distribution would've been better across the overall global Pokedex, even though it could make shinies rather predictable for future mon shiny color guesses. My guess why they choose green for most shinies, is 1 it's the color that camouflages them in their natural habitat (makes no sense to make a Zubat green, but that's besides the point.) 2 a more lore perspective, starting in johtos gen 2 team rocket used radio waves to force Pokemon to evolve and go berserk in their experiments. Legends Arceus debunks that old theory though.

I feel Foongus. Found three of those guys while looking for Karrablast in Black. (One did turn out to be Glistening though, so I guess there's that.)

I've only found a couple of them but Herdier is another one that can back off. Boring Shiny, boring Pokémon, appears everywhere...

I could also live without seeing another Shiny Machoke or Timburr.

I have worse luck with the lillipup line across the board. The shiny looks so similar to the normal sprite, the shinys color are just saturated, they could've done more to make it stand out, not that I shiny failed a herdier before. Only found 1 purple foongus in black 1. My play style's different though, I hang out in different nooks and crannies of unova when it comes to unova.

I think I'm referring to more along the lines of gameplay and collection-wise, but shiny opinions on mons you don't have or never want to encounter or catch or even if it's just the color choice of the particular shiny are welcome too. Puke green could be the worst in my opinion when the color doesn't fit the shiny at all.

Easily the darn catfish from sword and Shield Dondozo. I caught 2 while i was just leveling. I'm not a big fan of the pokemon and so finding 2 of them as my first shiny in the game was upsetting

Can I mention shinies in Sleep? If so the Jigglypuff line. I have way too many and I am so tired them lol. Give me something else!
Yes, any is allowed. I don't play sleep, I'd be really bad at it as I don't get proper sleep and such. Tough luck with a shiny that doesn't stand out if they're a bunch of igglybuff. At least with Jigglypuff and wigglytuff their eyes change and we can't forget her microphone marker. Since the ones from the anime were all made shiny by the artist who was in charge of the color art.

Goomy/Sliggoo. I've seen no less than 6 while hunting around the huge lake in Violet. I even caught 2 with on sandwich! They show up much too often lol.

The shinx line. Counting all stages I encountered 8 of them shiny in PLA. Enough with the shiny shinxes/Luxios/luxrays, gimme something I don't yet have please =3
This. I originally obtained a shiny Shinx via chaining in Pearl, but now I have unwanted/random duplicates in Violet, PLA, and Go. I don't need any more duplicates!

Also, I want to stop seeing shiny Chansey in Violet. I use Chansey to farm experience points so I've encountered 3 shiny Chansey. Blissey has such a horrible shiny that it's not worth having duplicates.

Incineroar. I've never liked that shiny, and since it's SUCH a popular Pokemon on doubles teams, you're bound to see a lot of shiny ones.

I guess by extension, people with full shiny teams for competitive battles. That's *generally* a telltale sign that they're all hacked with perfect IVs and maxed out stats. Yes I understand that breeding and training up Pokemon is difficult, but I think hacking them in is cheap and scummy. (This coming from someone who used to hack in shiny Pokémon back in the day)
