It's actually just the most recently active people. It's not the people who are currently online. I thought the same thing at first. Anyway, I'd like to know the same. It's so ugly and gross that I actually had to hide it. :c They must be trying out new things for PC, I guess?

I presume it's them bosses tinkering with new stuff. But yes, it's a huge list and it's annoying to look at.

Might I point out that we can't see small changes thread in the index, as Bulletin Board is a hidden subforum that only is shown through the top announcement box? Not sure about that being intended behavior but I know lots was lost in the hack attack.

I have Birthdays and Anniversaries showing up fine here as well as blogs but that large list of users is quite large and expanding the page a bit but its just temporary right?

I can confirm blogs, anniversaries and birthdays don't show up for me, just the huge list of visitors. I think it might be a difference between skins if Dedenne's post means anything.

I can't see blogs, anniversaries or birthdays just the big list. Do we know if we have this problem with all the skins or just certain ones?

It's only certain skins as far as I'm concerned, since Dedenne said he can see them on what he's using. I'm using Chromatic skin by the way.

It's a good idea, but for it to work for everyone it would have to be changed on all the styles in use :(.

Until Audy is able to work his magic, it's just something we'll have to deal with.

You can collapse the list in the upper right corner of the box if it bothers you and you can refer to the direct link for the accurate online list. Those are the solutions available at this time. It'll be resolved soon enough.

@Audy - You planning on making little tabs or something with one tab showing all the users currently online, another tab showing users online in the past 24 hours, and maybe some other ones as well? That'd be cool.

Well, they did this to reduce server stress of constantly having to keep track of who was online right this second, and in that way it was done for us - we hopefully won't have as many loading errors. What else can they do unless they get rid of it entirely for now? That would also probably tick some people off. So they're kind of picking of their poison, I do believe.

I know why they did it, that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the suggestions and questions people have had in this thread going unanswered. There have been plenty of suggestions here that did not involve entirely getting rid of it. We can speculate all we want about stuff, but it would be nice to hear some actual answers from the source.

The theme I'm using broke spectacularly when it switched from who's online to who's been online. It seems to be mostly back to normal but the main page is still kinda broken. Looks like a table issue or something? I can't remember if this theme (Color Flattered ORAS) had the stats to the right or if they were down underneath but either way, something's messed up now.

I hate to be a bother buuuUUUUT this is still an issue. :'( It does fix itself and show back up at the top of the page if I zoom text out in Chrome so it's at 90% but I'm old and I don't want super tiny text so if someone could look into this, I'd appreciate it greatly. :>
