    ...what gave you the idea of your current username? Like, is it your actual name, is it a reference, your favourite series, etc etc?

    My username's from Puella Magi Madoka Magica, one of, if not my favourite anime. Homura's one of the characters~ Total badass. Before that, my usernames were based on Touhou Project. What about yours?

    My username is actually a hybrid, it's a portmanteau "Hikari" (a name I get referred to a lot here) and "Mijumaru" (Oshawott's Japanese name) and given I love Oshawott it'd be fitting I'd combine the two into one name.

    My history of this username traces back to near mid-2013 when I used it on the battle server, and I still do. I don't think I'll ever use a different username ever again, Hikamaru suits me so perfectly.

    My nick is my fake name I'm using everywhere =D
    I've always had the Ash/Satoshi nickname so the name was decided but I couldn't find the right surname, I wanted two kanji xxxkami, I first had Zetsukami but then I started playing Persona 3 Portable and Zetsukami was too long xDDD So I had to shorten it. And that's how Ookami was created.
    I write it as High God 大神 (Ogami) but read it as Ookami which also means "wolf".
     
    My entire thought process was this: I wanted to use 'vanilla' instead of 'vanille' because it's one of my favourite scents and it sounded pretty :3 Put that together with one of my favourite words, 'sky', and I found out that there was a movie in the same name >>;; Then I remembered Final Fantasy, one of my all-time favourite video game series, has a character named Vanille, which is pretty close to my initial chose of words. And tada! (: Might change it soon though...
     
    My current name Goo I use pretty much everywhere now, I've used it for about three years online and I can't imagine changing it now. My previous name on PC is because I've been a pc member for longer than I've been called Goo, which to me feels like another lifetime. I lived in another country and I was another person. It's got nothing to do with Goomy although that's an awesome pokemon, but it's taken from the song My Friend Goo by Sonic Youth.
     
    Funny story, actually.

    The main reason why I joined was to download Pokemon Sienna, but I didn't want to make an account, hence my username.
     
    Nova is a character from StarCraft II, and I really adore her, so that's why my username is Nova :P

    My previous username: ShadowE, is my actual nickname and may have a huge backstory ;P

    The inspiration behind my username comes from Final Fantasy XII, KotOR, and Mass Effect. The "Judge" part of my username comes from the fact that in Final Fantasy XII, there are six Judge Magisters, my favorite one being Judge Gabranth. As for the "Mandolore" part of my username comes from one of the party members in the second KotOR game. Where as the "Shepard" part of my username comes from the player character in the Mass Effect series, Commander Shepard.
     
    It's one of my first nicknames on the net (besides southpark32, ofc), that I didn't make up.

    The 2nd version was Pokiemon, which is Poki + Pokemon, because one of my older friends knew I loved Pokemon.
     
    My username is based off my Internet name. When ever I sign up for stuff online I always have a name so crazy that no one as ever used it before. When I was younger and obsessed with Star Wars it was "Clonetrooperdroid" a mixture of the Clone Trooper and Battle Droid. Later it became "Elementswelder" cause I thought that sounded cooler, but I prefer the shorted Elements. So since someone stole my name I got Elements1 :P
     
    Mine comes from the name of a flower in Tales of Graces, one of my all time favorite video games, if not my favorite period. One of the main characters Sophie is named after it, and I just like the way it sounds :)
     
    I went with Jak because I love the Jak and Daxter series. I've got incredible memories playing the games, even though that was only just this year. I also feel that I represent the character very well. My years on PC represent the Jak trilogy to a t.
     
    I like manga and I'm addicted to music that's why Mangamusicfan, is my name :)
