I want the power to foretell natural disasters so I can warn people
 
Okay you can fortell natural disasters. But no one believes your warnings despite how many times you've proved yourself to be accurate.

Having super strength would be pretty cool.
 
You can now heal either people's physical or mental pains. However, equivalent exchange makes it so that any physical ailment you heal turns into a mental one instead and vice verca.

I want magical girl powers!

I have the power to fly like Neo / Superman / that guy from the TV series Heroes.

The problem? You're not the main character of this plot, so your plot armor is basically useless...

I want the power to instantly and perfectly repair anything that's broken.

Sure, you can travel TO them whenever you want and won't be harmed.... the journey back though.... yeah, uhm.... might wanna consider just staying there.
Then again, why would you want to leave in the first place? 😇

The problem? Everyone you cleanse with your power becomes addicted to sushis, which are a lesser evil, but still...

I have the the power to read the mind of animals.
 
Granted but you can't turn it off and it works on all animals in a 3mile range goodluck
