If it's an upgrade from 802.11n to 802.11ac, then that's definitely good. I recommend using 5GHz as well if you live in an area with lots of active wifi networks, and if your device(s) support 5 GHz as well.

243863. That is a perk of living in a small town on the edge of a big metro and working near that same town. Very short commute. Even the long way is no more than 12 minutes by car.
