The new Sturdy has the pros and cons, it does make something easy to catch but very annoying to train against if you want to destroy them quickly.

The only time Sturdy really annoys me is when I run into a horde of Geodude and I can't just take them all out with one hit using Surf. Theres always at least one that stays making the battle last another round.

It's better than the old Sturdy, since you can count the people who actually use 1HKO moves on one hand, seriously.

not as annoying as Geodude/Graveler, imo. Mainly because they're not in the wild and thus I'm not crying because I can't easily grind on them anymore.

Geodude and Graveler are rocks, while Golem is more a turtle with a rock shell, but nevertheless I really like it.

I'm not a fan of Geodude or Graveler, but I certainly do have respect for Golem! However, my favorite Rock-type Pokémon is probably Cranidos. Not only is it super-cool, but it's also pretty cute! :D

I'm not a real fan of the rock type, but I like Golem and many of the fossil Pokémon.

My favourite Rock type Pokemon is Tyranitar. I'll also list my favourite fossil from each generation.

Gen 1: Omastar
Gen 3: Cradily
Gen 4: Rampardos
Gen 5: Archeops
Gen 6: Tyrantrum

The fossil evolutions I really like are Omastar, Kabutops, Aerodactyl, Cradily and Aurorus, but I like the others too. I've always been a fan of dinosaurs and other ancient creatures, so that's probably where that comes from.

Golem was the pits even in the early days of the TCG, in the Fossil expansion. Way too high of an energy cost for its attack.

My favorite fossils are Aerodactyl and Tyrunt's family line. I'm not sure why Aerodactyl is one of my favorite Pokemon, but it always has been.

Golem always goes down to me, doesn't help Rock is my least fave type as well.
