The Count To Infinity - v12

Hence your recent post about all games needing an autosave feature!

They gave Pokemon games an autosave on the Switch, but I've been disabling it on all of them :coolcat:
There were issues with it at some point iirc, but I'm also just really used to manually saving in Pokemon xD

I can think of at least a couple of major headaches that could have been prevented if more games had a default auto-save lol.

I remember there being a potential soft lock in BDSP if you had autosave on in the Ice gym lol
I never had it on to begin with :coolcat:

Autosaves can be useful though, but it depends on the game. Iirc Skyrim used both manual and autosaves and that worked fine.
Technically the switch Pokemon games use both too as you can still manually save while autosave is enabled, but unlike Skyrim the autosave slot isn't separate from the manual save slot iirc.

Autosaves are not enough in Skyrim, especially when you have 300+ mods 🙃
They're pretty good though, one save every time you change locations saves virtual lives! But when you wander the world, or a big location like Blackreach, there are no autosaves...

I remember autosave saving me from having to replay several hours in a couple games after they crashed, but I don't remember what the games were =P
Though they were definitely PC games I was playing through Steam.

As for Skyrim mods, I've never used any 😗

Yesterday I had to learn the hard way that web developers only care about chrome these days...I tried to buy some MP3s on Amazon but it wouldn't work on Firefox. I actually had to mess around with chrome just to be able to get the stuff. And even that didn't really work properly, either. <_<

That is so weird. I don't use Chrome and I think Firefox is quite common. I wouldn't expect that tbh!

I haven't eaten seafood for a while, except for the daily pill of omega 3 🤔

You don't know Skyrim then! 😱

No, Firefox isn't that common ^^"

I like Firefox more, but have been using Chrome on my phone more recently because I changed phone companies, and it was easier to transfer old info like passwords across platforms with Google sync. I still use that cool yellow-tailed fox though when I can though.

On my computer I am taking a more non-conformist route, and really like using Opera as my browser these days.
