And I hadn't seen that before, so I thought there was something forcing you to update manually. :( Plus I don't know much about computers so I'm assuming the recent windows update told those with vista to update...?

When I first got my laptop I had to install Windows 7 again on it, because I typo'd my password twice (idek) and like... I couldn't get back into my computer. So yeah.

Hey, Boromir's in that! :D I don't even know the actor, though; I just had a hunch that one of the people in Game of Thrones looked a LOT like LotR's Boromir for some reason. And I was right! >_>

Ugh...I've read the first Lord of the Rings installment, but I haven't finished the other works or even gotten around to seeing any of the LotR movies...except for a brief 'YOU! SHALL NOT! PASS!' video clip.

EDIT: OK, srsly, guys, how could we possibly screw up the count and be off by 100000? *blames BinaryPeaches' earlier post*

It was Tara's fault that the count got screwed up. Bad mod.

203344. What are the specs of the system you're trying to install it on? And is it an ancient machine? XD;

Also, it could be that the DVD drive is just a very slow one. But even then, it only took me 4 hours to install Windows 7 using my 13 year old CD drive from scratch.

It's a 2008 laptop with Vista. The actual installation took 2 hours, but then 79 updates + Service Pack 1 went on for 3 more hours XD

I'm going to have a lot of fun installing it on my 6 year old Desktop with XP though. As soon as I get some more RAM and a faster processor this week.
