I had a nice sleep today as well. I didn't want to get up at all since I was so comfortable. I think I passed out once I lied on my bed. I only sleep with two pillows.
 
When I do that I feel even more tire and kind of moody for some reason...so I often try to avoid sleeping during the day unless the weather is cold (I often don't wake up moody or tired during that weather)

I used to not be able to nap...then I experienced this little thing called college. xD; Yesterday I had 2 classes, skipped one, napped for 2 hours, then was complaining about being sleepy by 10. Of course, I still didn't sleep until 1, because what self-respecting college student goes to sleep before midnight?

One that's burned out and has to be up by 5, 6, or 7 to go to work?

I still sleep at 12-1 when I have to be up by 6 for a morning exam, and I normally wake up at 7 three days a week for morning classes. ;o The latest my classes allow me to wake up is 8:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, unfortunately. Every other day I have to wake up by 7:30 at the latest to get to Physics.
 
I have to be up by 7 consistently for work or school, myself, and I try to be up by six so I have more time to shower. And I've got to be alert enough to drive myself. So midnight is my target bedtime, sometimes a little earlier, often a little later. Unless I'm totally burned out from a week of 3-4 hours of sleep every night.
 
Ahhh, getting up in the morning. Such a difficult task at times.

I am normally awake at 7am or 8am. However, if I don't have to be up for anything, normally get up a few hours later!​
 
I go to sleep at 9:30pm... Which seems relatively early for you guys, but I'm still quite young and I take quite some time to actually "fall" asleep. I usually awake at like 6:45am in the morning (weekdays), and on the weekends, I wake up from 7:00am to as late as 8:30am. My body clock is quite normal, I guess. xD

Good schedule.
I go to sleep at 10 PM usually, unless I'm running / exercising. I need to wake up at 7 AM. And I need that sleep or else I won't get good muscle mass.

Also, what the Buick fanatic guy said applies to me as well.

Hmm, anyone has an idea for a good talk topic which is not "how much you sleep"?
 
I stayed up till 2 am last night since I was up talking with my pair and my friend from my old home. I'm glad that (right now) I don't even have to worry about going to sleep early and waking up early, because I start school at 1:30. I have this habit of messing up my body clock sometimes. xD
