Fast food is terrible for you and the materials they use are so overprocessed and disgusting I don't understand how someone can consume it.

I used magic.

It tastes good to some people.

Doesn't mean I like it though, I always feel sick after eating anything other than chicken at a fast food restaurant, and even then I could for a healthier approach, like…almost anything else. :/

Fast food is disgusting and I could never work in a restaurant that serves it.

What about Subway? That technically counts as fast-food. One of their goals is to even have you in-and-out in 2 minutes.

But the other restaurants are okay as long as you know which items are loaded with salt, in my opinion.

Going to great clips to have it done so it can be done professionally because i have never dyed my hair before.

Get your mother to help. She's probably dyed hair a lot in the past.

My mom and dad are dead i live with my grandmother and im going behind her back to get it done. She would never let me get it done even thou im almost a adult.

I am going scene yes but i am only dyeing it full black and keeping my hair straight with a little puff.Girls put the racoon tails and that crap more so in there hair.

Most items at fast food places are loaded with salt. And that's not the only thing you need to watch out for. They're loading with additives and other chemicals that harm your body. And Subway is bad for you if you load up your sub with mayonnaise and a ton of other condiments.

And I hope you're saying he should get his mother to help because you know she's a hairdresser or something. Let's not presume his mother knows about hair dying because she's female. Gender norms are lame. ;)

Really? Personally, it tastes pretty bad, but it may just be the fast food restaurants in my area.

Wouldn't it depend on what you get?

Oh, and cucumbers are absolutely awful on sandwiches. Just saying.

Speaking of fast food Luke, what about the frozen junk food that has the heart approved tick on them or should they also be taken in moderation?

I just get the meatball sub with old english cheese and that meatball sauce.

Why can't you what about your Taco Bell?

Yeah that stinks I have to start basketball soon.

You should avoid caffeine, too, Char, if you don't already. That's really not good for you if your doing strenuous physical activity, either.

Of course it's the restaurants in your area. You live in Missouri.

You would still have to be smart, but that's because the bread has a ton of carbs.

And you speak lies about cucumbers on sandwiches. You probably have a disposition toward cucumbers to begin with.

That's why I said to watch which items you choose. Like avoiding the ones with cheese if possible, since that's mostly processed cheese, which has a ton of sodium in its own right. And Subway's other danger area lies in the bread, but healthiness at Subway comes down to making smart choices.

Hairspray and hair dye were common amongst teenage girls in the '70s and '80s, though. I mean, my mother was a child of the '80s, and she knows a thing or two, as do most of her friends. Actually, with most of them being teens in the '80s, so do most of my aunts and uncles. As does my grandmother, but she's a former professional. ;)

My parents stopped buying soda over a year and half ago, I drink coffee once a month tho. It shouldn't hurt. xD

Just don't drink it on intense exercise days. Your heart rate would be alarmingly high if you did. D;

Caffeine has different effects on different people. Pregnant women and small children are advised to not have it because little kids bodies are too small, and caffeine can have effects on an unborn fetus. If you drink caffinated drinks regularly, you build up a tolerance to it. (remember it is technically a stimulant) I drink coffee usually once or twice every other day or so. Never bothers me. :D

What do you mean? I used to drink coffee (it is caffeine, right?) when I was about 6 or 8. Though, I don't know why I don't drink it now.
