You should avoid caffeine, too, Char, if you don't already. That's really not good for you if your doing strenuous physical activity, either.
Really? Personally, it tastes pretty bad, but it may just be the fast food restaurants in my area.
Wouldn't it depend on what you get?
Oh, and cucumbers are absolutely awful on sandwiches. Just saying.
Of course it's the restaurants in your area. You live in Missouri.
You would still have to be smart, but that's because the bread has a ton of carbs.
And you speak lies about cucumbers on sandwiches. You probably have a disposition toward cucumbers to begin with.
Most items at fast food places are loaded with salt. And that's not the only thing you need to watch out for. They're loading with additives and other chemicals that harm your body. And Subway is bad for you if you load up your sub with mayonnaise and a ton of other condiments.
And I hope you're saying he should get his mother to help because you know she's a hairdresser or something. Let's not presume his mother knows about hair dying because she's female. Gender norms are lame. ;)
That's why I said to watch which items you choose. Like avoiding the ones with cheese if possible, since that's mostly processed cheese, which has a ton of sodium in its own right. And Subway's other danger area lies in the bread, but healthiness at Subway comes down to making smart choices.
Hairspray and hair dye were common amongst teenage girls in the '70s and '80s, though. I mean, my mother was a child of the '80s, and she knows a thing or two, as do most of her friends. Actually, with most of them being teens in the '80s, so do most of my aunts and uncles. As does my grandmother, but she's a former professional. ;)
