At least you guys have actual seasons. Here in southern California my life is like a perpetual summer. XD Except for a couple of cold months, but even then my "cold" is probably like, your version of "WELLLLP LET'S GO GET OUR SHORTS ON" haha.

Well, the close to the equator you are, the longer the Summer is (and the closer to the poles, you are, the longer the Winter is XD).

Although, according to the map, California is pretty much in the same latitude as Spain, just in the West XD;

But yeah, it's pretty warm and sunny here in SoCal on comparison to the rest of the country. But it's still "cold" at night in the peripheries of Metro LA considering that the outside of the LA Basin used to be a desert until SoCal rerouted NoCal water. Tehehehehehe~

LA was still colder than Minneapolis for a day or two at the beginning of January, though. (b'-')b It was 50 F here and 45 F there, iirc. And no Arctic winds that day here, either. That was a glorious day here. Not sure how that day felt in LA, though.

It was -18 Celsius here yesterday. That's 0 Fahrenheit. That's cold.

Weather is fun to talk about here, because everyone lives in such different places.

Here in NY we have very sporadic weather, especially the last few winters from what I remember. One day we'll be at 50-60f and the next day at 35f lol. I really need to find more jackets, speaking of which... I only have very thick, long jackets for extremely cold weather and lighter ones for the low-60s+. Usually I'd stand there wondering which jacket to put on when the weather is somewhere in the middle of those two and it'd be too hot for my thick jackets and too cold for my lighter ones.

There are -35 °C in Northern Finland but luckily I live in Southern Finland and there are only -20 °C here. Anyway every winter is cold in Finland and that sucks. There are snow everywhere and streets are slippy.

Anyone wants some snow?

-20°C.. The coldest we ever had here was last year, got to about -15°C which is already darn cold imo. Yesterday it was -12 here but now it's getting a bit less cold slightly.

The coldest we have here is like -3. It's really very warm.
Yesterday I was at my soccer practice and it got so warm it was like 15 degrees. And they call this winter.

Weather is a topic of conversation commonly brought up in America. Voluntarily, I might add. Especially where I live.
