So I beat the Elite Four once, but couldn't make it past Wallace. I incredibly dislike whiting out, so I used save states to get lucky rolls and make it past Wallace. Now, I've levelled my Pokemon from 48 to 51 (but Ebb to 52), because I cannot bear to grind with negative xp gains anymore...but here goes! Also, last time I didn't have enough revives, which was why it was so hard, so this time, I come with 50 revives, 40 hyper potions, 30 full restores, and 25 full heals.

Spoiler:
I have what happened with the Elite Four, but what happened against Wallace is just such a long paragraph in itself that I'll just skip the Elite Four and only write down what happened with Wallace.
Wallace led with Wailord, and I started with Ebb because I forgot to switch. Ebb was fine, though, and I spammed Crunch to make sure Water Spout wouldn't do as much damage. Wailord starting with Rain Dance was a saving grace, as Crunch did under half hp. The second Crunch left Wailord on around 10% hp, and then Wailord finally used Water Spout. Wallace used a full restore, so that process was repeated until I realised I hadn't refilled Crunch's PP and only had 6 left. I used Slash to finish Wailord off, and Wallace sent out his Ludicolo next. I sent Soar after it, and two Aerial Aces easily took it down, although Surf left Soar in the red. Tentacruel was next and, knowing Soar was too low to be of much use, I let him Aerial Ace once before Sludge Bomb took him down. I sent Gwen out to use Will-O-Wisp, but Hydro Pump left her on 12 hp. I was quite confident Slash from Ebb and burn was enough to beat Tentacruel, so Gwen went down and Ebb went in. Hydro Pump landed but didn't take Ebb out, and Slash and burn was just barely enough to take it down. That was a scary moment, for sure.
Next was Milotic, and I decided to kamikaze Forge and PEKKA to revive Gwen and heal her and Ebb. I figured they had the best chance of dealing damage to Milotic, but it just occurred to me Milotic will outspeed Gwen and oneshot her...I should have revived Soar :/ and I shouldn't have kamikazed so quickly, either :/ I sent Ebb out and tried to damage Milotic, but it just used Recover, so I turned my efforts to reviving Soar and keeping Ebb healthy, using Slash to take it low once they were revived. Aerial Ace just barely fell short of the take down, and so I sent Portobello out and prepared to redo everything I just did. Ice Beam left Portobello on 1 hp, allowing me extra time to heal, and Milotic missed Toxic twice on Ebb, which meant there were more free turns. A crit Slash took Milotic to 1 hp and Milotic used Recover directly after, which was perfect as it didn't activate a full restore. But it used Recover again, which made me wonder if it was out of PP. But no, Wallace was just playing safe.
I actually used an elixir on Ebb, something I thought I'd never do. By now, we'd both just been alternating between healing and using damaging moves. Then, Milotic started to spam Recover, even with full hp, so I assumed everything else was out of PP. I waited for it to start using Struggle before I started to damage it, because Recover would just make me waste my own PP. I also used the opportunity to revive the rest of the team, so the last few Pokemon would have very little chance of beating me. O_O Milotic's first Struggle crit and nearly took Ebb out, so I switched to Portobello and started hammering away with Brick Break. Whiscash then fell to a crit Giga Drain, but a crit Surf from Gyarados took Gwen down, as I switched her in because I wanted her to be able to participate in this legendary battle. Soar went down after I used him to chip away at Gyarados, so Ebb swooped in and stole the glory.
Wallace said I was infuriatingly elegant. I don't know about the elegant part, but surely I was infuriating, with my 40 hyper potions keeping Ebb alive and kicking for so long all of his PP ran out.
I'd like to take on Steven as well, as I never had the heart to grind all the levels and so never fought him. I still don't feel like doing it now, but it would certainly be very exciting to finally face Steven with equal levels.
