That would depend on your definition of lost. I haven't misplaced a game, so I'm going to say false. I have had games that I was forced to sell though, I have also had games stop working :(

Tpbm finds it disturbing that some of the trainers carry whips in their gen 1 sprites as well as in the first season of the anime (The Path to the Pokemon League and Mr. Mime Time are noteable examples).

Yes. They must be bad trainers if they need whips. What would a whip do anyways other than make the trainer look extremely suspicious? Pokemon can shake off fire attacks and fighting attacks, whips would only annoy them
