Spotted no good reason for its Dragon typing. Based it off the Peng, supposedly. Saw nothing dragon-related while skimming. Probably wanted to differentiate it from all the Normal/Flying birds? (Could have just made it pure Flying.)

Finds Altaria a bit bland. Wanted a little more definition on the wings. Perhaps some other color somewhere too? Might be a bit harsh to make the clouds stormy. Maybe some pink somewhere like the cheeks.

Returned to the usual question: "Would you be happy if you received this Pokemon randomly, out of all the possible Pokemon?" Somewhat pleased, yes. Looks its best with its wings wrapped around its body.

Cute! Should be Fairy/Flying or Fairy/Dragon like its Mega Evolution, though. It checks all the boxes for being a Fairy on the regular.
