Okay so this pokemon is better, and it has access to better moves as a whole. However it needs to be at a much higher level for some of these moves. Thunderbolt at level 44 in its debut generation, better use a tm instead. Coil is a great stat boosting move too, but it needs to be at level 54. Not to mention this is one of those pokemon that evolve through a stone. You know what that means... it must learn these moves before evolving or else you miss out on having them.
