I'm not entirely opposed to voting it up, but it's slender tentacle-like stretchy 'arms' still creep me out so I'm not voting it up unless it's at like 15 or so.

I see Meganium as a mon that could've been part Fairy type, design wise, as well.
For Lilligant, I've used both forms and prefer the Hisuian one tbh, but the original one is good too.
