So anyone here wears glasses? Be it a monocle, a bi-spectacle, or maybe those fashionable glasses that doesn't have any corrective lenses. If you wear sunglasses on a regular basis, I guess that counts too. If you do, how long have you been wearing them? Any models you like?

No need to specify about how well your eyesight is, unless you want to. P:

I myself wear normal spectacles. I used to wear round frames, but then I switched to square ones and I liked how it looks on me more. Been wearing since 5 if I'm not mistaken.

Nah thankfully no. I was the only person in my family who was lucky enough to have good vision for some reason and I am certainly happy for that! That said, I do find glasses a very sexy look on most people.

Somehow i've managed to avoid ever needing glasses, despite not really taking particularly good care of my eyes.

Been wearing glasses ever since elementary. And unless I plan to have laser eye surgery, I will forever be wearing glasses since my eyesight is just plain awful.

I prefer the more square-shaped glasses myself as opposed to the round ones. The round-shaped ones have never looked good on me, that and I don't want to look like Harry Potter.

I started wearing glasses in 7th grade. I was giving a presentation one day and I had 20-20 vision then during my presentation everything started going black and I got really cold and started sweating and passed out. Then next day I couldn't see anything more than 10 feet from me. I now wear glasses, sometimes I wear contacts but they hurt my eyes and I'm too lazy to actually put them in every day.

Nope. Despite staring at a bright screen for most of my days, my vision is actually really good...for the most part.

I have perfect-as-heck vision so no specs for this cutie, but I'd imagine how I'd look in them though. I guess it'd be a quite professional look if I say so myself. Maybe if they're not too big that is.

    Yup, I do.

Wear it since 2010. I used to play too much DS games...o.O Hopefully I won't have to wear it 1 or 2 year later

Yup, rapidly deteriorating eyesight runs in my mother's side of the family; everyone wears glasses, contacts, corrective eye stuff. I think I got my first pair of glasses when I was 10, and until high school I would only wear them when I had to see the blackboard. But my eyesight kept getting worse and it became quite a hassle to fumble for glasses every time I needed to see something far away, so I just started wearing them all the time.

Since I was ten I've gone through I think 5 pairs of glasses or so, but there hasn't been any major changes in my prescription in years, as far as I know.

Rapidly deteriorating eyesight runs in my family too. I've worn glasses for about 4 years now.

Nope, not me! It's kind of weird actually, considering my twin has to wear glasses. They aren't thick glasses, in fact, they're really thin, but still, he has to wear them and I don't. I guess I just lucked out.

Nah, my eyesight is perfect for someone who uses the laptop 24/7.

And what's with all the idiots wearing glasses (w/out lenses) just to look ''nerdy''?

And what's with all the idiots wearing glasses (w/out lenses) just to look ''nerdy''?

If it's only the frames... it's either to look fashionable, or just to look nerdy. .3.

If without corrective lenses aka. lenses that doesn't correct your eyesight, then it's probably safety glasses. At least, that's what my mother use.

I do wear glasses, but only when I'm at home. When going outside, I wear lenses. Glasses always get in my way of things, so try to keep their usage at a minimum. Mine are sort of loose, and have tendency to fall of every now and then, which is pretty annoying. Been planning to get its frame replaced for a while, but I don't really have enough money right now. When I do, I wind up spending them on other stuff every time, so... chances of me actually getting this job done are pretty slim. :(

I don't have to wear glasses... But I don't wear sunglasses, either. I probably should, but they don't look right on me. I just don't like wearing anything on my head.

Yeah, I wear glasses. It runs in the family. Me and my mom wear glasses all the time, and my sisters used to until they got contacts. My dad wears glasses only when driving. I would get contacts...but I can't get the damn things in my eyes. And I'm so lazy, so glasses are better for lazy me. And its not like I'd look better without glasses anyway. I've been wearing glasses since I was about 8 or so.

I wear glasses, too. I think I started wearing them in elementary school, but didn't like wearing them on a regular basis until recently. People say they like the way I look in them so I guess that influenced me a little xD
