Yes, I will give you my dusk stone. Though I have used it in past for Chandelure and Mismagius, the shiny stone is more precious, because I need it for Togekiss, my favorite gen 4 mon. I always raise Togekiss if I can get Togepi in game. I also use shiny stones sometimes for Florges.
