It's been more than 16 hours from the start of the event until I picked a soaker. Man, I'm sorry, you were too slow XD
I still consider getting burned and (maybe) dying tomorrow more or less prove I'm not a human, so damn you if #13 really does anything bad to me -.-

Pick #10, aim at Juno
 
The Humans activated a nuclear weapon as a last resort, and the pokemon that weren't killed were mutated. All humans decided to go into a bunker before the bomb went off, hoping that they would emerge the dominant species.

15 years after the incident, the humans arose from the bunker, with JohnnyMustang at their head. But little did the humans know, the mutated pokemon knew of their bunker location and had been plotting their revenge ever since the nuke detonated.

As Johnny exited the bunker doors, a excited look and a feeling of nostalgia crossed over his being. He took two steps out, and was immediately tackled by a mutated bidoof. The bidoof bit Johnny without mercy, ripping off his flesh and tearing out organs with his mutated teeth, which were resembling hamburgers and were strong enough to tear through steel. Several moments later, the bidoof was sitting in a pool of blood,torn flesh, and severed limbs; in the distance behind the single triumphant bidoof, was a horde of bidoof and other introductory pokemon such as Rattata and Sentret. Each pokemon had its body parts altered in some way, some Sentret had 6 foot long tails, and some rattata's had varying torsos of lettuce, beef patties, tomatoes, cheese, and bun. A group of rattata had even formed a totem pole-like structure with their bodies, forming the Rattata Burger.

After taking one long look at what the world had become, the humans ran back into the bunker, praying that they would be spared.

But how does the story end?

They prayed to the ultimate god, Bardothren, greatest GM who ever lived, surpassing the likes of Nakuzami, GP, and even Gunner, who was regarded as the greatest before Bard seceded her. They prayed and prayed, and one day, Bardothren appeared to them and gave them an unlimited supply of hamburgers and macguffins. He knew that they wouldnt survive, so Bard has given them an easy way out.

Did the humans take the advice given by Bardothren and eat the macguffins and hamburgers?
 
The humans gratefully ate the hamburgers and MacGuffins, and were able to go to sleep that night with full stomachs. However, there were some who slept fitfully through the night, and come morning, those who had the bad luck of eating the Purple MacGuffins were blowing chunks of the dinner they had so hungrily consumed the night before.

Concerned, the leaders of this ragtag band of humans got together to examine the Purple MacGuffins.

What exactly is a Purple MacGuffin made of?
 
Well, of course you need rice flour, some Bluk Berries for the tasty filling, beetroot juice for the color, a hairball from a Purrloin for the special effect and the tears of a Jigglypuff for the uniqueness.

So then how did someone manage to collect Jigglypuffs tears?

Instead of talking you could pick one of the soakers and aim at someone or something. Numbers left are 6,8,12.
