You're disguising a statement as if it were a question. This 'question' provides it's own answer within itself, while also including a judgment on the matter.
In other words: your 'question' doesn't actually ask for anything, it just tells something and slaps on a question mark.

It's really easy to disguise statements as questions, some examples:

So basically like: Tinkaton Warhammer Form, Tinkaton Judge Hammer Form, Tinkaton Ban Hammer Form, Tinkaton Origin Form (just the hammer) ?

I guess the region champion would be MC Hammer? With a special Hammer of the Gods Tinkaton form which has the signature move Hammer Time =D
