Usually some kind of creamy, gooey, cheese. For sweet pizzas, I'm pretty sure I've seen chocolate or dulce-de-leche stuffed crusts.
I don't hate them but I won't go out of my way to get stuffed crusts either.

And in the interest of unity, I think that regardless of our opinions on pineapple pizza no matter how wrong some of you are we can agree that salty, cheeseless pizzas are an abomination

I'm looking at you São Paulo.

Look at this thing, only dough, sauce and meat. Positively scandalous.

Dessert pizza is pretty dope. My favorite is "snowy banana" which is like banana pizza with white chocolate on top.

I came to realize that I LOVED melted cheese on pizzas and other preparations. It's fat, it's salty, it has calories, I would argue we are biologically biased to love that.

But sweet pizzas are a lovely way to end the best thing human beings have ever invented: rodizio.

All you can eat pizza dinners, just sit there, talk with your friends and eat while waiters come around and offer you slices of different flavors of pizza <3
