I used to drink Indian tea (tea + milk + sugar) at 4pm when I was young.
As an adult, I sometimes drank tea whenever I felt like it, and currently, I don't drink tea :)

Drinking tea can be useful during Summer. It makes your body expell all the heat it has stored up from the environment.

The thing I don't like about Ice Tea is when you drink a bunch of it and you start sweating and your sweat has this awfully sweet smell to it. It's one of the reasons why I avoid most sweetened drinks...
