I was able to find the download by going to zeak6464's github page. Just remove the end of the link above all the way back to their username and if you know how to use github you'll know how to download the game.
Is Fairy Type going to be added? Also is Steel still resistant to Ghost and Dark in this game? Having items to change ability, delta Pokemon, and no Fairy Type makes it possible to get a legit Ghost / Dark Type with Wonder Guard :o

I played this game until the Alola ship later part, since the difficult curve ridiculously increase here.
Green Remix has some nice things, like overworld encounter, starters received like Yellow, battle animations, earlier move tutor but several thing are inferior to LeafGreen like the removal of Sevii Islands, GYM trainers/puzzle, Safari Zone mechanics, Game Corner, several battle background, PokéCenter before Rock Tunnel, some houses are gone like Celadon Condominiums, Bill PC pokémon, several hidden items.
A lot of Game Design errors, like last GYM Leader using pokémon Lv43 and Lv60. Wild pokémon after last GYM leader being Lv5X-7X. There are too randomized things even in no randomized modes. Even before player gets pokédex there several NPCs who have random trade, including a last evo pokémon. There are legendaries (like Dialga) before the first GYM! There are sellers who sells random items who change every time you talk to them, shops available since Viridian City.
Several things are very badly done. Best example is VS Animation: almost no one match, player is wrongly resized and some are completely wrong. The game should be better without this feature.
Even some story elements are badly explained. Some old and custom characters are just throw into the story.
But the biggest issue is the huge bug list. The game stuck/crashed at least 15 times here and I need to reload from my last save. There are all kind of bugs, some make it clear that the creatores didn't playtested the game before releasing.
tl;dr: The current version has some nice features, tons of issues, huge amount of bugs.

Several sign don't works. Some appears to have tile errors. I noticed on: Nugget bridge, Celadon Mart, Rocket Game Corner, Route 9, Route 12 (two), Route 13, Route 19, Silph Co., Mr Psychic, Seafoam Island and Mt Moon.
Some NPCs don't talk: Route 11 gate guard, Safari Zone boy with blue hat on entrace, Fuchsia Gate Guard, First policeman on Vermilion Jail after I pass and Saffron Guards after I gave a drink.
Several TMs move said by NPCs are wrong: On route 12, Celadon Mart, Celadon GYM, Silph Co, Saffron GYM (two times) and Cinnabar Lab
There is a debug menu even when I set Debug as off at options screen.
The "Encounters" menu icon has a different pixel size.
The teleport on oak lab works at carpet touch.
After Oak tell you to go to lab, if you go to the grass again, the event is repeated with an invisible Oak
The type icons were wrongly resized
Player VS graphic was wrongly resized
Skills summary page have labels (stat) with wrong pixel size
After I took the Oak's Parcel, the woman at counter doesn't speak.
Depise I received Sport Balls on Bug-Catching contest, I can't use it.
The Portable PC icon has wrong pixel size.
I gain a point every time that I talk to shop seller.
The Police Station and School don't have a BGM
After I put the password on School, there is a lot of "invalid code" messages
Besides quiz saying that I only can try once, I can try infinite times.
I can use Cut without the HM
There is no trainer backsprite and the player pokéball appears in the air.
The overworld encounters have "leaf" animation when they appears, even in a cave.
Youngster on route 3 says that a box can hold 20 pokémon. Each box can hold 30 pokémon.
The cave screen fade happens twice.
Hiker has Green VS graphic.
After I brought some items on Cerulean Mart, I talked with random item seller, the script hangs and game restarts
Route 5 grass is partially on Cerulean City
Game crashed when I received a free egg from Day-Care.
When I load game on some maps, like Day-Care, there is no BGM
Shellder has no cry
Pokémon with sprite "flying" like Butterfree aren't above ground
The NPC who do random trade has blue text on messages when I choose "No"
Picknicker has Camper VS Sprite
Fan Club President gave me infinite Bike Vouchers
On route 12, the NPC who give me TM39 repeat this infinitely.
Navel Rock first down stairs isn't a touch event
Both stairs on Navel Rock, when climbing, get you stuck. I catched Lugia, but I need to reset because I got stuck on stairs =X
Navel Rock is called "Naval Rock"
Some NPC pokémon has it cry, some other, like Wigglytuff and Machoke on SS Anne, haven't.
Crash on all multibattles (starting on SS Anne). I lost my progress at least 4 times thanks to two trainers spotted me and starting a multibattle.
You can battle versus your rival at route 22 even after the other battles. He used two Eevee versus me.
I can't find pokémon on the grass before Mt Silver.
Using surf Pokéride you can go to Victory Road end after Cerulean and be brutally beaten by Ace Trainers.
Red has no battler sprite
After I return to Pallet using the Digglet Cave, I returned to Oak Lab and I battle versus an invisible rival.
The game crashed when I took the secret key on Cinnabar Mansion
Escape Rope doesn't work on Cinnabar Mansion
When I enter on volcano below Cinnabar, saw Moltres, and going back, I was teleported to black tile and I became stuck and I can't use Escape Rope
After one day pass, the berry tree still shows flower graphic
Sellers on Celadon Mart say "Please come again" two times, the second time, in blue text
Encounters menu says that there is Tangela on Route 21, but there is no grass on this route.
Only the "heal" floor of Pokémon Tower has battle background (a green background).
The "item" label, present in all summary pages, disappears at skills page
The game crashed at Pokémon Park (Fuchsia). If I choose a player, it crashed instantly. If I choose friend, it loads a lot of numerical near pokémon and crashed when I choose one.
On the Safari Zone, there is a scientist who trade my pokémon to myself. If I select "Yes", but cancel the selection, he choose my pokémon to trade.
When I use surf Pokéride and overworld encounter at Safari Zone (and maybe other places), I can't find water encounters.
Some Cycle Road NPCs says that I have a bike.
The win fanfare doesn't work for some BGM like Rocket and GYM Leader
I used Fly from Cycle Road, I became stuck on PokéRide. I need to go back to Cycle Road and exit without using Fly.
All Swimmers on route 19 have no text
The game crashes when I try to battle versus trainer on Metallica Island.
Fly to Saffron mess the game
After reaching to B4F at Seafoam, exiting from Articuno room, there are 2 swapped stairs.
Overworld Unown encounter has a different form that the one actually battled.
Silph Co. 5F is an outdoor map.
I can receive Saffron GYM TM before battle Sabrina.
The Zeta grunt before league gave me a battle error (I didn't took a screenshot).
Game crashed when I talk with the second woman at League.
Going into right part of Lorelei room, I became stuck.
E4 isn't reset after beaten. Only Lance is, but he challenge me again each time that I talk with him!
Error show up when I mega evolve on Delta Island
Candice doesn't says anything before battle.
I became stuck when I go to Hoenn.
At New Island Tournament Lobby, the teleport only works if I press the action button.
At New Island Tournament Lobby, the characters at bottom didn't speak.
At ship to Alola, rockets have no battle BGM
Sometimes the game crashed after battling with trainers at Alola ship. Example: Zeta Michael
A lot of error pops and mess the battle when battling versus Rockets on Alola ship. One was when enemy sends Zoroark
When a Rocket notices me at Alola ship and battle me, he talks before the exclamation pops.
When I was on some places, like route 8, my location isn't listed at map.
If I watch TV at Player House with following pokémon, the following pokémon appears on TV.
The cave on Faraday didn't work without a proper explanation before I completed the event.

Player room bgm loop is small and the sound fade is annoying
The doubled item icon on item menu looks bad, and misaligned
On item menu, dark background with black font don't work well.
Why rival use a Lv1 Eevee?
Technically rival doesn't touch at carpet center tile when he exits from lab.
I miss PokéCenter SFX when Oak and Pokémon Tower's nurse heals your pokémon
When I pick berries, it turn into flowers?
For some reason, when I exit from PokéCenter, it ask me to save.
Some item descriptions should be remade. I didn't know what Alola flower do.
I didn't like the random item chest. It may gives player an expensive item on early game and/or Potion on late game. Also, it encourages player to save/reset.
Available since start there is a shop who sells very random items, including a Rare Candy by $10000, who randomizes every time that you talk to seller. I didn't like this idea. Thanks to a Soda Pop that I got, I went to Saffron before Vermilion
Before I got the pokédex, I traded my pokémon for a Chandelure on route 1. It was so random.
When you gain a TM for the first time, the TM description box should include move name.
I found a Dialga in Pewter mine, right after I defeated the first gym. This sounds an overkill.
Brock speech mean that a TM only works once, but this isn't true on this game.
Turbo button isn't listed on "Controls" menu, and F8 isn't a good key.
Turbo button has three stages. At my computer, the two last stage are almost equal, so I suggest you to leave it as two stages or at least put a option to make it two stages.
Some encounter locations are strange. There are Lv13 Nidorina on Mt Moon and Rhyhorn at Power Plant
Some trainers like Bug Catcher doesn't have VS animation. This is strange.
You choose the fossil on Mt Moon without a confirm prompt. This annoys me, I almost choose the wrong fossil.
The battle background not changing on caves annoys me
Why there are Sandshrew on trees!?
There is a trainer who uses Lv30 pokémon before Cerulean who surprises me and destroys me.
Misty's Starmie has a lower level than Staryu for some reason
Jr Trainer has RBY sprite. This looks misplaced
Pokéride isn't explained
On marts, far left seller and far right seller sold almost the same items.
Engineer NPC overworld is badly done, it is the Youngster with yellow clothes
You probably forgot fairy type move background on battle move selection. The background looks too dark for fairy moves.
Sometimes, instead of going out of screen, NPC like rival and first rocket at Game Corner just disappears of screen, without any fade. This sounds strange.
Took me a while (actually, just a digglet tunnel tour) to understand that the wild pokémon raise levels after you got badges. You can make it more explicit. And after I got my fourth badge (Volcano badge) the wild pokémon level goes to 30-43, making the game too hard (on easy difficult).
There is no doors on Cinnabar Lab.
The puzzles on Cinnabar Lab are just "throw" in the game, completely out of place.
Berries like Belue has no use and can be sold for $10 only.
Why did you block the PokéCenter before Rock Tunnel? This was unnecessary.
When I go to the Rock Tunnel, the picknicker battle me, but stays blocking the entrace. I needed to exit and enter again from the route.
The second underground path should be horizontal, not vertical
I need to talk to the old guy in front of Game Corner from down to progress. I didn't know this and almost gave up on this
Why there are trainers inside Fuchsia City?
At Safari Zone there are some empty zones
The Safari Zone isn't a Safari Zone, so some of NPC text make less sense
When I exit from Safari Zone, the NPC prompt me to enter again
Koga final speech give the impression that player receives badge twice.
Game Corner interior is simple and empty
Team Rocket grunt on Celadon is using Dragonite. This is too much!
After defeated, Giovanni turn into Silph Scope item at Rocket Hideout.
Make Fuji teleport player after the Pokémon Tower event, like at the original games.
Rocket grunt on Vermilion has no BGM.
Some BGM choice are questionable, like Route 11 for Seafoam Cave
I didn't like card key unlocking all new areas in Silph Co right after I picked the item. This way is harder to keep track of explored areas.
Last GYM battle uses Lv43 pokémon and Lv60 pokémon!
The League isn't well balanced, I defeated the Champion without a fainted pokémon, but I almost lost to Lorelei.
Gary's Eevee evolve into Vaporeon. But at post-game battle, he has a Jolteon
Delta Island event doesn't have trainer battlers
League has Pokémon level over 70 and Delta Island challenge has 3 trainers with pokémon only Lv50? This won't makes sense. The last trainer has a pokémon with level less than 20.
Delta Island challenge has a Lv1 Ditto for some reason.
New Island entrace is too empty
Even without randomize, rocket pokémon levels on Alola ship have levels from 1 to 91.
Ash timeline is badly explained
The Nugget Bridge rocket only battle me after post-game for some reason.
Make an use for berries like Belue. At least a good value to be sold.
I didn't like the way that Delta pokémon works. Currently they are random pokémon with random color, movesets, types and abilities. These things generally doesn't match!

Hello Zeak6464, I have a problem with version 18.6.5, which is the one I'm playing. At one point I used a max repellant and wild pokemon no longer spawned. When I try to use another, it tells me that the effect of one is still activated... Is there a way to solve it? Thanks.
