    I was thinking about what name I should choose next time I'm allowed to switch, which eventually led me to this thread idea. So, what are some usernames other members have here that you wish you had? What makes you like it? If this person were to change into something else, would you take over this name? Why or why not? :]
     
    After getting rid of ®ock§mashGod and going back to Alex, I can safely say that I don't want any other username. It's nice and short (can't be shortened anymore), and RockSmashGuy is kind of archaic in retrospect.

    But when I think about it, I actually wouldn't mind being called Nicholi for a stint. It's what my mother would've named me if my dad didn't insist on my current name, and it's rather pretty too. :3
     
    I really wanted Jak, so an admin murdered the original one that joined in 07 and made no posts.
     
    I had always wanted 'Aurora' from when I first got here but was hindered for a while by a dead 'aurora' who hadn't signed in for around 8-9 years and had a grand total of two posts. Fortunately, a knight in shining armour bestowed this username upon me only a month ago, and I now have no reason to change my name again.
     
    Arc. It was one the name I was leaning towards for my third name change.

    At first I was sad when I found out that it was already taken, but my hopes started to glimmer when they had no post and was essentially a dead account. Then, the glorious Axton stripped the title of the dead poster and blessed me with the holy name, Arc.

    I'm never changing my name now.
     
    Originally I wanted Silver, but the guy who had it was still active, so I had to settle for my old gamer tag. Looking through an old RP my friend made, I came across the name she gave to a character as a reference to me and decided to change to what it is now.

    Probably won't change from this username now since it has more of an emotional attachment to it.
     
    After the staff collab that we did back in February, I wanted to change my username to Froslass, only to find out someone had used it in the last little while, and had a few dozen posts (though, only 9 posts in the last 2 years- most in two return threads where they went inactive again right after). Since I couldn't have that, I just went back to my original username, and I probably won't end up changing again.
     
    I just switched my name to the main character of the story I'm writing. A little cheesy, yes, but I was looking for a new name. I'm not sure why, but I was ready to take a break from Slayr231. Since I made the name up, there was no hassle for me to get it! Will I ever switch back to Slayr231? I'm not sure.
     
    I'm fine with my current name for the most part and don't feel a need for change as of now

    Although I'm sometimes considering eventually asking for a change to Yuki some day in the future, since it's a really neat name IMO and some people already know me as that
    Regarding that, I wanted something proper for people to call me with since I really can't accept my actual IRL name in any quantum, and I thought that seemingly everyone has an "name" besides their nicknames
     
    There's a person on this board with the username "Para". That's my overall internet alias and I like to keep things consistent. Then again it was boring being stuck with "Para-Dox" for over 3 years so maybe not.
     
    I don't really envy other people's usernames.

    I think the only one that I would take if I could is Haruka, and not having that one doesn't make me cry in any corners. I've usually always had the usernames that I wanted. xD

    I would use Luke fon Fabre if it weren't Nick's alt account. lmfao
    But I'd probably only keep it for the three months, so like.. no point, really.
     
    Sometimes I really miss Ayselipera, but idk if I'd ever want to bring it back here. I've already thought about what I want to change my name to because I'm really bored of my name being my username lol. I wouldn't take someone's username unless they were an unknown user. It would be weird using the username of someone who was well known under it at some point.
     
    I kind of want Brendan, because I think that would look nice, but it's taken I believe and it would look super similar to Brendino so I'm avoiding it... for now.
     
    Sheep is my alias pretty much everywhere so I was so happy when I could finally nab it from someone who hadn't used it in a while. I feel like myself when I post around with it but do miss Cirno from time to time, just so hard to fully let go. :(!

    If I were to change again I think I'd go with "Janna", my real name, for obvious reasons. I have it nabbed on an alt so the possibility of swapping's always there.
