Vegetables or Meat??????

Meat all the way for me, but I like certain types of vegetables as well.

Meat industry might be the biggest climate thief of all. I'd live off a diet of vegetables rather than a diet consisting mostly of meat, any day. Actually I already do.

I can't say a juicy bit of fine horse meat will pass me by easily though :3

well after receiving 48 replies , most of the people love to eat meat. But I guess everyone eats veges too rite?

My preference tends to be meat since there are some vegetables I don't like to eat, otherwise I do try to eat both when having a meal. So yeah, I'm similar to several others that mentioned having both on their diet.

I much prefer a well-balanced mix of both, but if I had to choose I'd say meat. I suppose I would be able to ensure I get most of my essential macronutrients into me through it. I wouldn't get fibre or carbohydrates, they would have their fare share of unsaturated fats, vitamins, minerals (iron) which is always a plus. Not to mention fish is an excellent source of essential amino acids and vitamins needed for a healthy metabolism.

Both! Lean meats and veg go well together in the meals I cook for myself daily.

My culinary lifestyle naturally ranges from Paleo to Ketogenic, so very rarely do I venture to either one or the other. It'll always be both.

Yoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

It's so hard to find people who are similar in that regard.

I prefer more of a paleo diet, myself, just due to personal health and body reasons. *order Chinese food* fml

For this reason, I devour both meat and vegetables, just more veggies by volume. (My colon thanks me immensely.)

MEAT!

Seriously, I love me some meat; and pretty much require it for all meals. It doesn't feel like a meal without it. :3
